I designed a new look for Tony Holly, photographer, as he prepares prints and cards for the Christmas markets. This logotype will, though, serve him all year round.
A single holly leaf as a symbol (less ‘Christmassy’ than a sprig with berries) is combined with a sharp, crisp but ‘natural’ serif typeface (Eric Gill’s Perpetua) for his namestyle.
The wonders of nature are often subjects for his pictures, now he has an identity which reflects this.
